PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Calculated at checkout
- Expedited Shipping (3-5 business days): Calculated at checkout
- Express Shipping (1-2 business days): Calculated at checkout
- FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on orders $35.00 and over
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. You can track your order using the tracking link provided in the email.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Namomi Jewelry is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
DAMAGES
Namomi Jewelry is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Address Requirements
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. Namomi Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges will apply.
